Startups are important in the office location, the first hand of the traffic environment (90.5%), which is close to the subway station. Rents (71.4%) and office building facilities (61.9%) were also important factors for the choice of office.

The average rent of three or more floors of large offices in the Seoul city area is 31,800 won per 1㎡ in the second quarter, which is higher than the Gangnam area (25,400 won). The price is very high, so if you think about relocation before the office, you need to consult with an expert.
