All 68 NCAA Tournament Teams in 12 Minutes
The first day in the NCAA tournament brought directly the first fist thickness surprise. 2-Seed Kentucky must spread the sails after an overtime bankruptcy against Saint Peter’s. Meanwhile, the 1-seeds do not have any floors.

“We did not just come here to lose. We have come here to fight – and that’s exactly what we did,” Shaheen Holloway said, the Head Coach of Saint Peter’s, clear after his team’s first thick surprise of this year’s NCAA -Tournament had arrested.

Only at the tenth time at all in the history of the tournament managed a 15-seed of the upset in the first round against a 2-seed. For the Peacocks, which represent a University of Jersey City with just 3,500 students, Daryl Banks III played an important role in the 85: 79 success in Overtime, which patches the highly favored wildcats 27 points.

For Kentucky, Oscar Tshiebwe (30 points and 16 rebounds) held, but that was not enough. Tyty Washington Jr. remained pale (5, 2/10 FG). Saint Peter’s over-trumped Kentucky at the field thread quota (50.9 percent) and with 9/17 threes. Wildcats coach John Calipari, who had to accept the first round-round bankruptcy with Kentucky, spoke after a “sad day”.

The bookmakers had classified Saint Peter’s as an 18.5-point outsider, which makes them loud espn for the greatest surprise since 1997. However, it did not stay with this an upset on the first day of the first round March Madness. 5-Seed Uconn failed at 12-Seed New Mexico State, which Teddy led to all with 37 points almost single-handedly in the second round – the first victory in the NCAA tournament for the aggies since 1993!

Iowa, also a 5-seed, lost 63:67 against Richmond, for the potential top 5-Pick Keegan Murray (21, 9 rebounds) the tournament is finished early. 11-Seed Michigan also threw 6-Seed Colorado State from the tournament. According to Yahoo Sports are only 14 perfect brackets left in your database.

March Madness: Top Prospect Holmgren wins with Gonzaga

While in Kentucky one of the favorites on the college crown already had to delete the sails, the other favorites and in particular the top-seeds did not steal. Defending champion Baylor celebrated behind 22 points of Matthew Mayer a loose 85: 49-success against Norfolk State.

Gonzaga won with the potential NR.1-pick in the coming NBA Draft, Chet Holmgren, with 93:72 against Georgia State. Holmgren put up 19 points, 17 rebounds and 7 blocks, Drew’s voices led the bulldogs with 32 and 13 boards. Kansas also secured himself a safe start-up victory (83:56 against Texas Southern Tigers), the fourth 1-Seed Arizona is only at the night on Saturday at the start.

There was a curious scene in the Game Indiana against Saint Mary’s when the ball was hanging on the backboard. None of the players or even the referee on a chair were big enough to free the ball – then the cheerleader who saved the day by human stairs.
